You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including case notes, inspection reports, and photographs ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Beneficial Aid LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENEFICIAL AID LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beneficial Aid LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
